Preparation

step 1
Place water, potato starch, rice wine, salt and white pepper into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 15 sec/speed 6. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

Place 30g oil in a non-stick pan and heat up to medium heat and stir fry 4 oysters (approximate 35g-50g) .

Pour 30 g starch slurry and pan-fry for 5 mins

Crack an egg and break up the egg, cook for 2 mins and flip the omelette.

Place baby pak choy onto the pan, and flip omelette on baby pak choy.

Transfer into a plate, drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and serve.
