Preparation

Place butter into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and melt 2 mins/70°C/speed 2.

Add milk, flour, eggs and salt into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Press control knob and mix 10 sec/speed 5. Transfer into a bowl and allow it to rest in refrigerator for at least 30 mins.

Place a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lighty grease with butter.

Pour in a small ladie of batter, twirling the pan to cover the base completely.

Cook for 2-3 mins or until edges of crêpe are golden, turn it over and cook for a futther 1 min.

Transfer to a plate and keep it warm. Repeat with remaing batter.

Serve warm or cold.
