Ingredients

  • white long-grain rice, soaked for 2 hours and drai
    200g
  • water
    1000g
  • evaporated milk
    200g
  • vanilla extract
    0.5tablespoon
  • cinamon, ground
    0.5tablespoon
  • sugar
    100g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place water and rice into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob and blend 2 mins/speed 10. Strain into a pitcher through a fine-mesh strainer.

  • step 3

    Add rice liquid, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sugar into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob and mix 30 sec/speed 6. Pour into a pitcher.

  • step 5

    Add ice and serve immediately.
