Preparation

Place white bread and milk into a bowl. Set aside for bread to absorb milk.

Place brown sugar, mustard and ketchup into mixing bowl

Press control knob and mix 30 sec/speed 5. Transfer sauce to a bowl and set aside.

Preheat oven to 170°C and grease a loaf pan (approx. 23 cm x 10 cm) and set aside.

Place oil and onions into mixing bowl

Press control knob and chop 6 sec/speed 6.

Add soaked and drained bread, ground beef, pork, eggs and salt into mixing bowl

Add black pepper and sweet paprika into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 30 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Press control knob and knead 3 mins/kneading mode.

Transfer the mixture into prepared loaf pan. Press together firmly and smooth the surface.

Pour reserved sauce over the meatloaf. Bake for 40-45 mins (170°C).
