Preparation

Place water into mixing bowl.

Insert simmering basket into mixing bowl.

Place potatoes and carrots into simmering basket.

Press control knob and steam 20 mins/120°C/speed 1.

Add peas into simmering basket.

Press control knob and steam 5 mins/120°C/speed 1.

Drain the liquid of steamed vegetables and transfer in a bowl then cool for 20 mins. Empty mixing bowl.

Place garlic clove into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and chop 6 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add lime juice, mayonnaise and salt into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 20 sec/speed 6. Transfer the sauce into a bowl and set aside.

Place celery stalks, apples and onions in salad bowl and mix with steamed vegetable.

Garnished with basil leaves and serve with sauce.
