Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Beef, sliced

  • Onion, shredded

  • Carrot, shredded
    60g
  • Kimchi

  • Bean sprouts

  • Fried egg

  • White sesame
    An appropriate amount

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put a container on the mixing bowl and weigh in 200g beef slices, 3g sugar, 5g light soy sauce and 5g sesame oil.

    Mix every well in the bowl.

    Place 10g olive oil,15g shredded onion and marinated beef into the mixing bowl.

    Put on the lid and stir-fry at 10min/100°C/BREV1. Scrape the materials into a bowl for later use.

    Add 5g olive oil and bean sprouts to the mixing bowl

    Stir-fry at 10min/100°C/BREV1 and take out the bean sprouts for later use.

    Add 5g olive oil and shredded carrot to the mixing bowl

    Put on the lid and stir-fry at 8min/100°C/BREV1. Take out the fried shredded carrot for later use.

    Spread the shredded carrot, bean sprouts, sliced beef, kimchi and fried egg on a bowl of cooked rice, top with 20g gochujang.

    Garnish with white sesame and serve hot.
