Preparation

Place the Boston lobster and 1,000g water in the mixing bowl

Put on the lid and cook at 20min/120°C/BREV 1.

Take out the lobster, break the lobster shells into small pieces, and cut the lobster meat into small segments

Add 10g olive oil, 30g diced tomato, 30g diced celery, 20g diced onion and 30g diced carrot to the mixing bowl

Stir-fry at 5min/120°C/BREV1.5

Add the lobster shells and 1,000g water into the mixing bowl.

Cook at 30min/100℃/BREV1

Filter the broth with a strainer for later use. Clean the mixing bowl.

Add 200g cooked rice, lobster meat, broth and 5g salt to the mixing bowl
