Ingredients

  • dried chilli, soaked and drained
    5g
  • garlic clove
    20g
  • shallots
    50g
  • oil
    40g
  • pork mince
    300g
  • shrimp paste
    1teaspoon
  • Thai chilli bean sauce
    30g
  • fish sauce
    5g
  • cane sugar
    1teaspoon
  • rice wine
    10g
  • tomatoes, cut in pieces (2 cm)
    300g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place dried chillies, garlic clove and shallot into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob and chop 7 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

  • step 3

    Add oil into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob and saute 5 mins/150°C/speed 1.

  • step 5

    Add pork mince into mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Press control knob and cook 3 mins/150°C/speed 2.

  • step 7

    Add shrimp paste, chilli bean sauce, fish sauce, cane sugar and rice wine into mixing bowl.

  • step 8

    Press control knob and cook 5 mins/100°C/speed 2.

  • step 9

    Add tomatoes into mixing bowl.

  • step 10

    Press control knob and cook 10 mins/100°C/speed 2. Transfer into a bowl.

  • step 11

    Serving with assorted raw or steamed vegetables or rice.
