Preparation

step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a quiche tin (Ø 26 cm).

Place flour, butter, salt and water into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 20 sec/speed 4.5. Tip out and shape into a ball.

Using a rolling pin, roll out pastry on a floured surface. Line prepared quiche tin with pastry, prick base with a fork then set aside.

Place ham and oil into mixing bowl

Press control knob and saute 5 min/160°C/speed 1.5. Transfer into a bowl and discard fat.

Place eggs, milk, cream and black pepper into mixing bowl

Press control knob and mix 30 sec/speed 5.

Distribute reserved sautéed bacon cubes over pastry and cover with egg mixture.

Sprinkle with 50g of grated cheese and bake for 25 minutes (180°C) or until golden.

Serve warm or cold.
