Preparation

Place garlic clove into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and chop 6 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add oil and onion into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and saute 7 mins/120°C/speed 1.

Add potatoes, carrots and water into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 12 mins/100°C/reverse speed 1.

Add curry paste, sugar, salt, white pepper and coconut milk into mixing bowl.

Add green beans, oily tofu and white fish fillet into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 5 mins/100°C/reverse speed 1. Transfer into a bowl.

Garnished with coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice.
