  • green beans, trimmed, cut in 3 cm length

  • oily tofu, cut in half

  • white fish fillet, skinless, cut in pieces (5 cm)

  • coriander, leaves only, for garnish

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place garlic clove into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob and chop 6 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

  • step 3

    Add oil and onion into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob and saute 7 mins/120°C/speed 1.

  • step 5

    Add potatoes, carrots and water into mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Press control knob and cook 12 mins/100°C/reverse speed 1.

  • step 7

    Add curry paste, sugar, salt, white pepper and coconut milk into mixing bowl.

  • step 8

    Add green beans, oily tofu and white fish fillet into mixing bowl.

  • step 9

    Press control knob and cook 5 mins/100°C/reverse speed 1. Transfer into a bowl.

  • step 10

    Garnished with coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice.
