  • Chicken leg, boneless, cut in pieces

  • rice wine

  • onion, cut in slices

  • tomato puree
    50g
  • chilli sauce
    15g
  • oyster sauce
    10g
  • Worcestershire sauce

  • honey
    2teaspoon
  • apple cider vinegar (optional)

  • bell pepper, cut in strips

  • ripe mango, peeled, pitted, cut in strips

  • coriander, leaves only, for decoration

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place chicken, sugar, salt, black pepper and rice wine into a bowl, mix well then marinate for 10 mins.

    Place oil and marinated chicken into mixing bowl.

  • step 3

    Press control knob and saute 5 mins/160°C/speed 1. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

    Place oil and onion into mixing bowl.

  • step 5

    Press control knob and saute 7 mins/120/speed 1.

  • step 6

    Add tomato puree, chilli sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce and honey into mixing bowl.

  • step 7

    Add cooked chicken and apple cider vinegar into mixing bowl.

  • step 8

    Without measuring cup, press control knob and cook 4 mins/120°C/reverse speed 1.

  • step 9

    Add bell pepper and mango into mixing bowl.

  • step 10

    Without measuring cup, press control knob and cook 3 mins/120°C/reverse speed 1. Transfer into a serving plate.

    Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice.
