  • chicken leg, boneless, cut in strips

  • turmeric powder

  • red chilli, deseeded, cut in strips

  • green beans, trimmed, cut in strips

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place chicken leg, turmeric powder and oyster sauce in a bowl and marinate for 15 mins.

    Place oil and onion into mixing bowl.

  • step 3

    Press control knob and saute 5 mins/120°C/speed 1.

  • step 4

    Add red chilli and marinated chicken into mixing bowl.

  • step 5

    Without measuring cup, press control knob and cook 7 mins/120°C/reverse speed 1.

  • step 6

    Add green beans, sugar, salt and black pepper into mixing bowl.

  • step 7

    Without measuring cup, press control knob and cook 3 mins/120°C/reverse speed 1.

    Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
