Ingredients

  • Fresh milk
    1000ml
  • Fungus powder
    1g
  • Granulated sugar
    70g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Pour 1000ml milk, 1g fungus powder and 70g granulated sugar into the mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Blend for 20sec/40°C/speed 4.

  • step 3

    Pour into the yogurt bottles, cover and seal.

  • step 4

    Pour water into the mixing bowl. Place the yogurt bottles in the steamer set and put the steamer set on the top of the mixing bowl.

  • step 5

    Ferment for 480mins/70°C/speed 0.5 and serve with nuts or honey.
