Preparation

step 1
Place 10g olive oil, 80g onion, 12g minced garlic and 75g pork belly into the mixing bowl.

Stir-fry for 3mins/120°C/speed 0.5(reverse).

Add 200g sliced kimchi, 20g chili paste and 5g chili powder into the mixing bowl.

Stir-fry for 3mins/120°C/speed 0.5(reverse).

Add 200g tofu, 100g enoki mushrooms, 3g salt and 800g water into the mixing bowl.

Cook for 20mins/105°C/speed 0.5(reverse).

Garnish with green onions to serve.
