Preparation

  • step 1

    Pour 75g softened butter and 90g caster sugar into the mixing bowl.

    Stir for 10sec/speed 6.

  • step 3

    Add 2 eggs into the mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Whip for 30 sec/speed 6.

  • step 5

    Add 90g melted chocolate into the mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Stir for 50 sec/speed 6.

  • step 7

    Pour 70g plain flour through a sieve into the mixing bowl.

  • step 8

    stir for 40sec/speed 5(reverse).

  • step 9

    Add 110g walnut kernel into the mixing bowl.

  • step 10

    Stir for 40sec/speed 3(reverse).

  • step 11

    Pour into a baking tray. Place in the middle-level of oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Demold the brownie and cut it to the right size. You could decorate it with whipped cream to serve.
