Preparation

step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line the baking tray with baking paper.

Place hazelnuts on the prepared baking tray, bake for 10 mins (160°C). Transfer onto a cooling rack to cool.

Place icing sugar, roasted hazelnuts and cocoa powder into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and chop 20 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add milk into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and heat 4 mins/100°C/speed 3.

Press control knob and blend 30 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add milk chocolate and canola oil into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and melt 5 mins/50°C/speed 3.

Transfer to the airtight jar and cool at room temperature. Serve or keep it in the refrigerator.
