Preparation

step 1
Place red chillies and garlic clove into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and chop 10 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add lime juice, brown sugar, fish sauce and rice vinegar into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 5 mins/100°C/speed 1. Transfer the sauce into a bowl then set aside. Clean mixing bowl.

Place water into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.

Add green beans into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 2 mins/100°C/reverse speed 1. Drain the water out then transfer cooked green beans into a bowl.

Place a serving bowl onto mixing bowl lid. Weigh green papaya, carrots, cheery tomatoes and basil leaves into it.

Add cooked green beans and sauce into the serving bowl. Serve topped with roasted peanuts if desired.
