  • pork loin, cut in pieces

  • beef fillet steak, cut in pieces

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place white cabbage into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob and chop 10 sec/speed 6, transfer into a bowl then set aside.

  • step 3

    Add garlic clove, brown onion, carrot, parsley and bacon into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob and chop 5 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

    Add oil and bay leaves into mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Press control knob and saute 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.

  • step 7

    Add water, chicken stock cube, tomato paste, prunes and black pepper into mixing bowl.

    Add paprika and chopped cabbage into mixing bowl.

  • step 9

    Press control knob and cook 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.

  • step 10

    Add porcini mushroom, pork loin, beef steak and sauerkraut into mixing bowl

  • step 11

    Press control knob and cook 90 mins/95°C/reverse speed 1, using scraper to mix the ingredients.

  • step 12

    Set Steamer into position to avoid splash, press control knob and cook 15 mins/120°C/reverse speed 1.

  • step 13

    Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
