Preparation

Place pork belly into mixing bowl

Press control knob and saute 10mins/120°C/speed 1, transfer into a bowl and set aside.

Add canola oil, garlic clove, ginger, tomatoes, dried chillies into mixing bowl.

Add tamarind paste and chinese mustard green stalks into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 10 mins/120°C/speed 1

Add cooked pork belly, chicken stock, sugar, water and chinese mustard green leaves into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 35 mins/100°C/speed 1
