Ingredients

  • onion, cut in halve

  • garlic clove

  • ginger

  • sesame oil

  • carrot, cut in slices

  • green beans, cut in strips
    200g
  • Sambal Oelek paste
    45g
  • soy paste
    30g
  • rice vinegar
    20g
  • chicken leg, boneless, cut in pieces(4 cm)

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place onion, garlic clove and ginger into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob and chop 5 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

  • step 3

    Add sesame oil and chicken leg into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob and cook 5 mins/120°C/reverse speed 1.

  • step 5

    Add carrot, green beans, Sambal Oelek paste, soy paste and rice vinegar into mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Press control knob and cook 3 mins/120°C/reverse speed 1

  • step 7

    Transfer into a serving plate, serve with boiled rice.
