Ingredients

  • peanut, salty, roasted
    200g
  • garlic clove
    10g
  • green curry sauce
    20g
  • sesame oil
    15g
  • lime juice
    15g
  • coconut milk
    400g
  • caster sugar
    20g
  • salt
    0.5teaspoon

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place peanut into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob and chop 10 sec/speed 8, transfer into a small bowl then set aside.

  • step 3

    Place garlic into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob and chop 2 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

    Add green curry sauce and sesame oil into mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Press control knob and saute 2 mins/120°C/speed 2.

  • step 7

    Add lime juice、coconut milk、caster suger、salt and chopped peanut into mixing bowl.

  • step 8

    Press control knob and cook 4 mins/100°C/speed 2. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

    Transfer to a jar, seal and cool before refrigerating. Serve with roasted meat or fish.
