short grain rice, rinsed and drained200g

Preparation

step 1
Place short grain rice and 750g full cream milk into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 30-35 mins/90°C/reverse speed 1.5 until rice is tender.

Add caster sugar, vanilla, eggs and 30g full cream milk into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 1 min/speed 4. Transfer into a bowl and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes.

Sparkle with brown sugar and serve warm or keep in refrigerator to serve cold.
