Preparation

Preheat oven to 180, line baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.

Place chicken leg, garlic clove, corn powder, 10g flour and white pepper powder into mixing bowl.

Add black pepper powder, salt, oil and egg white into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 1 min 30 sec/speed 6. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

Form the chicken mixture into nugget shape (approx. 20g per each) by using wet hands.

Roll each nugget in flour then place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Using brushes to grease some oil on each nugget, bake for 10 mins(180°C)

Carefully flip and bake a further 10-15 minutes (250°C), until cooked through.

Serve hot with the condiment of your choice.
