Ingredients

  • chicken breast, skiness
    1200g
  • onion, cut in pieces (approx. 4cm)
    300g
  • garlic clove

  • ginger, cut in thin slices

  • coriander, fine chopped

  • fresh Kaffir lime leaves, fine chopped

  • Sambal Oelek sauce

  • peanut, salty, roasted

  • green curry sauce

  • lime juice

  • coconut milk

  • sugar

Preparation

  • step 1

    Cut chicken breast in a rectangle (approx. 2 cm), use hand to press in thinner pieces, put in a bowl then set aside.

    Soak the bamboo skewers in cold water.

  • step 3

    Place onion, garlic clove and ginger into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob and chop 5 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

    Add coriander, cumin powder, lime leaves and sesame oil into mixing bowl.

    Add soy sauce and Sambal sauce into mixing bowl.

  • step 7

    Press control knob and saute 3 mins/120°C/speed 2.

    Transfer into a bowl, mix with cutted chicken breast and marinate for 1 hr. Clean mixing bowl.

    Meanwhile, prepare the satay sauce.

    Place peanut into mixing bowl

    Press control knob and chop 10 sec/speed 8, transfer into a small bowl then set aside.

    Place garlic into mixing bowl.

  • step 13

    Press control knob and chop 2 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

    Add green curry sauce and sesame oil into mixing bowl.

  • step 15

    Press control knob and saute 2 mins/120°C/speed 2.

  • step 16

    Add lime juice, coconut milk, sugar, salt and chopped peanut into mixing bowl.

  • step 17

    Press control knob and cook 4 mins/100°C/speed 2. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

  • step 18

    Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, using non-sticking pan to cook until golden brown.

  • step 19

    Dip with satay sauce and serve.
