Preparation

Place chili, garlic clove and ginger into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and chop 5sec/speed 6, Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add oil into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and saute 5 mins/120°C/speed 2.

Add tomato sauce, chili-garlic sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and seafood broth into mixing bowl.

Add sugar into mixing bowl.

Press control konb and cook 3 mins/120°C/speed 2.

Add crabs into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 7 mins/120°C/reverse speed 1.

Add eggs evenly around the blade.

Press control knob and cook 1 min/120°C/reverse speed 0.5.
