Preparation

Place eggs and water into mixing bowl.

Press control knob to cooking 18 min/steaming mode.

Use a slotted spoon to carefully transfer eggs to simmering basket and briefly run cold water over eggs to stop the cooking process.

Cool eggs to room temperature, peel and cut in halves then set aside. Empty mixing bowl.

Place cutted eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt and black pepper in mixing bowl.

Add paprika and chives into mixing bowl.

Press control knob to mix 12 sec/speed 6.

Divide mixture onto 5 bread slices, top with remaining 5 slices, cut into halves and serve.
