Ingredients

  • coconut oil
    60g
  • maple syrup
    150g
  • rolled oats, gluten free
    300g
  • pumpkin seeds
    80g
  • sunflower seeds
    30g
  • chia seeds
    2tablespoon
  • flaxseeds
    2tablespoon
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
    6tablespoon
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
    30g
  • salt
    0.25teaspoon
  • vanilla extract
    1teaspoon

Preparation

  • step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.

  • step 2

    Place coconut oil and maple syrup into mixing bowl.

  • step 3

    Press control knob and cook 3 min/60°C/speed 1.

  • step 4

    Add rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and flaxseeds into mixing bowl.

  • step 5

    Add cocoa powder, coconut flake, salt and vanilla extract into mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Press control knob and mix 20 sec/speed 3.

  • step 7

    Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and distribute evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes (200°C).

  • step 8

    Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container and store until ready to use.
