  • brown onion, cut into halves

  • skinless chicken breast fillets, in 1-inch piece

  • penne pasta (approx. 7-9 mins cooking time)

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place onion, garlic, parsley, basil, chilli, sun-dried tomatoes into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Add 30g butter into mixing bowl.

  • step 3

    Press control knob and chop 7 sec/speed 7.

  • step 4

    Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper, then cook 3 min/100°C/speed 1.

  • step 5

    Add chicken, cream, water, wine and stock paste into mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Press control knob and cook 10 min/100°C/ reverse speed 0.5.

  • step 7

    Add pasta into mixing bowl.

  • step 8

    Press control knob and cook 7-10 min/100°C/reverse speed 0.5, or until pasta is al dente.

  • step 9

    Garnish pasta with extra fresh basil leaves before serving.
