Preparation

  • step 1

    Place dark chocolate(70％ cocoa solids,cut in pieces) into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob to cooking 5 sec/speed 10.

  • step 3

    Place milk, sugar, cornflour(starch) into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob to cooking 10min/90℃/speed 4.

  • step 5

    Transfer immediately to individual dessert bowls and allow to cool. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
