Preparation

  • step 1

    place olive oil and white onion into mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Press control knob 5sec/speed 6.

  • step 3

    Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula

  • step 4

    Press control knob 5min/120°C/speed 1.5.

  • step 5

    place beetroot into mixing bowl

  • step 6

    Press control knob 15 sec/speed 8

  • step 7

    Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula

  • step 8

    place water or chicken stock,salt and white pepper into mixing bowl.

  • step 9

    Press control knob18min/100°c/speed 1.5.

  • step 10

    Pour orange juice and whipping cream into mixing bowl.

    Press control knob 2min30sec/speed 10.

    Pour into a bowl, garnish with parsley and whipping cream.
