Ingredients

  • chopped onion

  • diced butter

  • white mushrooms
    300g
  • cream cheese
    200g
  • whipping cream
    50g
  • dry white wine
    50g
  • lemon

  • salt
    1teaspoon

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 100g chopped onion and 10g diced butter into the main pot

  • step 2

    Stir fry the materials at 2 min/120°C/REV 1

  • step 3

    Add 150g white mushrooms and 200g cream cheese

  • step 4

    Add 50g whipping cream and 50g dry white wine

  • step 5

    Put on the measuring cup and boil the materials at 5min /95°C/REV 2

  • step 6

    Add the remaining 150g white mushrooms and chopped lemon peel of 1 lemon

  • step 7

    Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt

  • step 8

    Put on the measuring cup and boil the materials at 5min /95°C/REV 1

  • step 9

    Put on the measuring cup and smash the materials at 20sec/REV 8

  • step 10

    Take out and enjoy the white mushroom sauce
