  • Flour

  • Milk

  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper
    2teaspoons
  • Cardamun powder
    2teaspoons

Preparation

    Put 40g unsalted butter into the main pot

    Add 40g flour

  • step 3

    Add 1 small measuring spoon of salt, 2 small measuring spoons of ground black pepper and 2 small measuring spoons of Cardamun powder
