Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 150g diced red sweet pepper, 3 cloves of garlic and 30g olive oil into the main pot

    Stir fry the materials at 5min /120°C/REV 1

  • step 3

    Add 150g diced yellow onion

  • step 4

    Stir fry the materials at 5min /120°C/REV 1

  • step 5

    Add 50g jalapeño

  • step 6

    Put on the measuring cup and smash the materials at 10sec/REV 7

  • step 7

    Add 300g chopped canned tomatoes and 100g tomato paste

  • step 8

    Add 1 big measuring spoon of white granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cumin powder

  • step 9

    Add 1 piece of beef soup-stock

  • step 10

    Add 500g minced beef and 200g canned red kidney beans

  • step 11

    Put on the measuring cup and boil the materials at 90min/100°C/B-REV 0.5

  • step 12

    Take out and enjoy the simmered spicy beef sauce
