Preparation

Place a small bowl on top of the main pot lid and pour 80g milk into the bowl

Add 50g crouton and soak it in the milk for a few minutes

Put 10 sticks of parsley and 1 clove of garlic into the main pot

Put on the measuring cup and smash the materials at 10sec/REV 7.Scrape the materials s to the bottom of the main pot with a scraper

Add 400g minced beef and the liquid of 2 eggs
