Preparation

Pour 500g water into the main pot

boil the water at 5min /100°C/REV 1

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper on the salmon fillet

Put the marinated salmon fillets in a steamer and put on the steamer above the main pot

Steam the salmon fillets at 10min /110°C/ REV 1. And then tear them into small pieces for later use

Put 150g fruit cucumber, 150g cherry tomatoes, 100g kale and 200g cooled salmon fillets into the main pot

Add 2 big teaspoons of mustard & black vinegar paste and 20g extra virgin olive oil

Mix the materials uniformly at 15sec/B-REV 2

Place the salmon & vegetable salad onto a plate and sprinkle 50g diced feta cheese
