Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 200g diced onion, 10g chopped garlic, 25g butter and 25g olive oil into the main pot

    Without the measuring cup, stir fry the materials at 10min/120°C/B-REV 1

  • step 3

    Add 200g diced carrot and 200g diced celery

  • step 4

    Boil the materials at 10min/100°C/B-REV 1

  • step 5

    Add 300g minced pork and 300g minced beef

  • step 6

    Stir fry the materials at 10min/120°C/B-REV 2

  • step 7

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper and 50g white wine

  • step 8

    Boil the materials at 5min/100°C/B-REV 2

  • step 9

    Add 300g canned tomatoes and 200g beef soup-stock

  • step 10

    Put on the measuring cup and boil the materials at 20min/120°C/B-REV 1

  • step 11

    Use the Bolognese Sauce as needed
