  • White granulated sugar
  • Dry yeast

  • Butter
  • White sesame seeds

    Pour 1 egg’s liquid into the main pot

    Add 150g water

    Add 30g white granulated sugar

    Add 300g high gluten flour

    Add 3g dry yeast

    Put on the measuring cup and mix the materials at 30sec/REV 4

    Start the KNEAD mode for 4min for dough

    Add 30g butter and 3g salt

    Start the KNEAD mode again for 3min

    Take out the dough and knead it into a round shape

    Put the dough into a container, wrap it with plastic film, and ferment it at 30℃ for about 40min

    Take out the dough and exhaust the air inside it

    Divide the dough into 8 equal parts

    Knead each part of the dough into a round shape

    Lift up the round dough and stick some white sesame seeds on its bottom

    Put the dough with white sesame on the baking tray, and ferment it at 38℃ for about 30min

    Preheat the oven to 180℃, put the fermented dough parts into the oven and bake them for about 13min
