  • Milk
    30g
  • Water
    30g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Butter
    20g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 600g peeled and seeded pumpkin and 30g Almond into the main pot

  • step 2

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 30g milk and 30g water

  • step 3

    Put on the measuring cup and boil the materials at 15min/100°C/REV 1

  • step 4

    Add 20g butter through the hole on the main pot lid

  • step 5

    Put on the measuring cup and stir the materials at 30sec/REV 5

  • step 6

    Pour the sauce into a container for future use as needed
