  • White granulated sugar
    250g
  • Vanilla bean

    250g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder
    100g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 250g white granulated sugar and half a vanilla bean into the main pot

  • step 2

    Put on the measuring cup and grind the materials at 25sec/REV 10

  • step 3

    Add 250g water and 1 teaspoon salt

  • step 4

    Boil the materials at 9min/120℃/REV 2 until thick

  • step 5

    Add 100g cocoa powder

  • step 6

    Boil the materials at 4min/120℃/REV 4 until thick

  • step 7

    Pour the chocolate cream into a container and enjoy it while it is hot or cool
