Preparation

Cut the bacon into 10cm-long slices, wrap several asparagus segments with the bacon slices and roll them up

Add 500g water to the main pot

Put on the steamer set and steam the materials at 13min/110°C/REV 1

Remove the steamer set and clean the main pot

Add 10g oil, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, and 10g oyster sauce

Add 1 teaspoon of white granulated sugar, 1 big measuring spoon of starch and 150g clean water

Thicken the materials at 1min/120°C/REV 3

Sprinkle the thickened liquid on the bacon and asparagus roll
