Preparation

    Weigh out 30g butter and 60g milk and melt them into liquid in a container in hot water

  • step 2

    Put a whisk into the clean main pot without water and preheat the oven to 170℃

    Put 5 eggs into the main pot

    Add 60g white granulated sugar

    Without the measuring cup, stir up the materials at 12min/40℃/REV 4

    Sieve and add 50g low gluten flour and 15g cocoa powder
