  • Cooking wine

  • Light soy sauce

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 200g beef tenderloin, 10g cooking wine, 10g light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of minced black pepper into a bowl

    Pour 10g oil, stir and marinate the materials

  • step 3

    Put 20g oil into the main pot

  • step 4

    Heat the main pot at 3min/120℃/REV 1

  • step 5

    Put the marinated beef into the main pot .Stir fry the materials at 2min/120℃/REV 1 while taking out the sauce for later use

    Add 10g oil, 300g pleurotus eryngii strips, 10g oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of minced black pepper

    Stir fry the materials at 5min /120℃/B-REV 1

    Add the stir fried beef tenderloin and 10g red pepper rings
