  • Edible egg
    1pc
  • Corn oil
    250g
  • Yellow mustard
    15g
  • Lemon juice
    15g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • White sugar
    10g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 1 egg, 15g yellow mustard, 15g lemon juice, 1- teaspoon salt and 10g white sugar into the main pot

  • step 2

    Mix them at 5min/REV 5 while slowly pouring 250g corn oil along the measuring cup side and drop it on the cutter head for emulsification

  • step 3

    Take out the mayonnaise, seal and refrigerate it
