  • Diced chicken drumstick

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 600g diced chicken drumsticks, and 1 teaspoon of salt into a bow. Add 1 teaspoon of white pepper power, and marinate it for 10min

    Put 30g black sesame oil, 10g sliced ginger and 8 cloves of garlic into the main pot

  • step 3

    Without the measuring cup, stir fry the materials at 3min/120℃/REV 1

  • step 4

    Add the marinated chicken drumsticks. Without the measuring cup, fry the materials at 5min/120℃/B-REV 0.5

  • step 5

    Add 40g rice wine, 5g dark soy sauce, 20g light soy sauce and 10g white granulated sugar

  • step 6

    Without the measuring cup, fry the materials at 15min/100℃/B-REV 0.5

  • step 7

    Add 5g basil

  • step 8

    Without the measuring cup, fry the materials at 1min/120℃/B-REV 0.5

  • step 9

    After the frying is finished, enjoy the chicken with three cups’ sauce
