Preparation

    Put 100g rice and 50g glutinous rice into the main pot

  • step 2

    Put 1 big measuring spoon of Thirteen Spices and 1 big measuring spoon of chili powder into the main pot

    Add 2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of powder of Chinese prickly ash

    Put on the measuring cup and smash the materials at 20sec/REV 9

  • step 5

    Stir fry the materials at 5min/120℃/REV 1, and take them out of the pot

    Put 450g pork slices, 2pc red preserved bean curd, 10g sweet flour sauce, 10g thick broad-bean sauce

    Add 5g dark soy sauce, 10g light soy sauce, 10g cooking wine and 1 teaspoon of white granulated sugar

    Mix the materials at 2min/B-REV 3

  • step 9

    Put the smashed rice flour, and mix the materials at 1min/B-REV 3.Take out the mixture and clean the main pot

    Spread the diced potatoes evenly on the bottom of a large bowl, and put the meat covered with rice flour onto the potatoes

    Pour 1,500g clean water into the main pot

    Put on the steamer and steam the materials at 90min/110℃/ REV 1
