Ingredients

  • Strawberry
    700g
  • Lemon juice
    20g
  • White granulated sugar
    300g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 700g strawberries into the main pot after removing their stalks

  • step 2

    Put on the measuring cup and stir at 10sec/REV 8

  • step 3

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 20g lemon juice and 300g sugar

  • step 4

    Without the measuring cup, boil the mixture at 35min/110℃/REV 1

  • step 5

    Boil a clean sealing jar in boiling water for 3min, and then dry it

  • step 6

    Pour the jam into the dry jar and tighten its cover immediately

  • step 7

    Store the jam jar in a dry cool place
