  • Sliced pork tenderloin

Preparation

    Put 300g pork tenderloin strips and 1 egg into the bowl

  • step 2

    Add 10g cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of white pepper powder

    Mix and marinate the materials for 15min

  • step 4

    Evenly coat the marinated pork tenderloin strips with starch

  • step 5

    Take an induction cooker, pour oil into it and heat it to 160°C.Fry the pork tenderloin strips in the hot oil until they are cooked
