Preparation

    Put 300g sliced beef tenderloin, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 10g starch into a bowl

  • step 2

    Add 10g clean water, mix the materials, pour 10g rapeseed oil, and then marinate the materials for 20min

    Pour 1,000g clean water into the main pot

    Boil the materials at 7min/120℃/REV 1

    Add 150g soybean sprouts, 150g lettuce strips, 100g shredded thin sheets of bean curd, 10g rapeseed oil and 1 teaspoon of salt

    Blanch the materials at 2min/120℃/ B-REV 1

    Take out the blanched materials, drain off the water, spread them in a soup bowl for later use, and clean the main pot
