Ingredients

  • Hot pepper powder

  • Rapeseed oil

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 60g hot pepper powder, 1 star anise, 2 myrcia leaves, 1 section of Chinese cinnamon and 1 piece of Amomum tsao-ko into the main pot

    Pour in 400g rapeseed oil

  • step 3

    Without the measuring cup, simmer the materials at 20min/120℃/REV 1

  • step 4

    Add 10g white sesame seeds ,teaspoon of salt,teaspoon of white granulated sugar and 1 big measuring spoon of Thirteen Spices

    Mix the materials well at 2min/120℃/REV 1

  • step 6

    After the mixing is finished, pour out and cool the chili oil, store it in a sealed glass bottle
