Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 500g diced beef into the main pot

  • step 2

    Smash the materials at 15sec/REV 9, and pour the minced beef into a bowl for later use

  • step 3

    Put 70g diced onion, 20g diced ginger, 45g garlic and 100g oil in the main pot

  • step 4

    Chop the materials at 6sec/REV 9

  • step 5

    Scrape the materials to the bottom of the main pot with a scraper

  • step 6

    Add 50g Capsicum frutescens rings

  • step 7

    Stir fry the materials at 6min / 120℃/REV 1

  • step 8

    Add the minced beef and stir fry the materials at 6min /120℃/REV 1

  • step 9

    Add 200g oil, 50g sesame oil, 150g soybean paste and 20g white granulated sugar

  • step 10

    Boil the materials at 20min/110℃/REV 1

  • step 11

    When the boiling is finished, pour the beef sauce into a sealed jar and refrigerate it
